Privacy Policy

This page explains what data the Lumina Dental demo website processes, why, and how long we keep it. This is a demonstration site built by BliBling Agency — not a real dental practice.

1. Who we are

This demo website is operated by BliBling Agency (for portfolio and sales demonstration purposes). For privacy questions about this demo, contact web@blibling.com.

2. Demo disclaimer

Clinic names, doctors, addresses, phone numbers, hours, patient stories, and case studies on this site are placeholders (for example [Your Company Address], hello@example.com). They do not identify a real operating dental practice. Submitting the form or chat does not create a medical record with a real clinic and is not a substitute for professional dental advice.

3. Cookies & local storage

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party marketing pixels on this demo. The cookie notice on the site is informational.

Essential preference (browser local storage)

Name Type Purpose When set
lumina_dental_cookie_consent localStorage Remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice so we do not show it again. Stores: consent version, accepted flag, timestamp, and how you accepted (ok, scroll, or continue). When you click OK, scroll past a short threshold, or continue by clicking a site link while the notice is visible.

This value stays only in your browser until you clear site data. It is not sent to our servers as a cookie header. You can open Cookie settings in the footer to see the notice again (the stored preference is still what suppresses auto-show until cleared).

4. Contact / appointment form

When you submit the form on the site, we process:

  • Name (required)
  • Email (required)
  • Phone (optional)
  • Preferred time (optional)
  • Service interest (optional dropdown)
  • Message (required)

When & how: on form submit, data is sent via HTTPS POST to our server script (contact.php).

Purpose: to email the inquiry to the agency inbox so we can respond about the demo / website services.

Also logged for security:

  • Your IP address (rate limiting: limited submissions per hour per IP)
  • UTC timestamp of the submission

A hidden honeypot field (company_website) may be present to block bots; if filled, the request is ignored and not treated as a real inquiry.

Messages are delivered by email (DreamHost SMTP) to web@blibling.com, with your email as Reply-To when provided.

5. AI chat concierge

If you use the on-site chat widget, the following may be processed:

  • Messages you type and the ongoing conversation history for that session
  • Optional images you attach (sent as image data to generate a reply)
  • Optional voice transcript if you use the browser speech input (processed in your browser before send)
  • IP address for rate limiting (limited requests per minute per IP)

When: each time you send a message (HTTPS POST to chat.php).

How replies are generated: message content is sent to Google’s Gemini API so the concierge can answer. Do not share sensitive medical details, government IDs, or passwords in chat.

Human handover: if you ask for a person and provide contact details, the system may append a row containing your message summary, contact method, channel preference, and a source label to a private Google Sheet used by BliBling for lead follow-up (handover.php).

Server-side rate-limit counters and occasional error logs may be stored temporarily on the host as hashed IP files / log lines for abuse prevention and debugging — not for marketing profiling.

6. Technical data & third parties

Hosting

The site is hosted on DreamHost. Standard web server logs (IP, user agent, requested URL, time) may be created by the host for security and reliability.

Fonts & scripts loaded from CDNs

Your browser may request assets from third parties when the page loads:

  • Google Fonts — typography (Fraunces, Instrument Serif, Sora)
  • jsDelivr CDN — animation libraries (GSAP, ScrollTrigger, Lenis)

Those providers may process technical connection data (such as IP) under their own policies. We do not control those services.

What we do not intentionally collect

  • Advertising IDs or cross-site tracking cookies for ads
  • Payment card data (this demo has no payments)
  • Real patient medical records

7. Retention, security & your rights

  • Cookie preference: until you clear browser storage for this site.
  • Contact emails: kept in the agency mailbox as needed to respond and operate the demo; delete on request when no longer needed.
  • Chat: conversation history mainly lives in your browser session for the open chat; API providers may process content transiently to generate replies. Sheet rows from handovers are kept for follow-up unless you ask us to remove them.
  • Rate-limit / error logs: short-lived technical files on the server.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of personal data. To exercise rights related to this demo, email web@blibling.com with enough detail for us to find your submission (for example the email you used and approximate date).
